The Cloud series’ winning streak continued. After the success of the Rolls-Royce Cloud and the Bentley S1, the decision was made to press on with the S2 and ultimately the Bentley S3. As the saying goes, “if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it,” the models following the S1 were produced identically by both Bentley and Rolls-Royce.
Rolls-Royce was effectively Bentley’s sister marque, and they wisely chose to create a single vehicle that embodied the pinnacle of luxury and comfort. On the outside, the car remained virtually unchanged from its predecessors, apart from a few refinements to the interior and lighting.
The front seats were standardized as individual units, and the rear passenger area was reconfigured. The vehicle comes equipped with air conditioning, making it one of the few classic cars of its era to feature this amenity.
