The car with a lovable face
The company’s origins date back to 1833, when a man named Bettman relocated from Nuremberg to Coventry in Great Britain. He sold bicycles under the Triumph brand. Later, fellow Nuremberg engineer Maritz Schultze joined the firm.
With the advent of the first engines, the company expanded from bicycles into motorcycles. In 1920, Triumph acquired an automobile manufacturing plant—also in Coventry—and entered the car market, selling vehicles under the Triumph Motor Company name. Today, Triumph produces only motorcycles, offering both models inspired by 1940s designs and cutting-edge modern bikes
This car has been part of our rental fleet for over 30 years, and there have even been occasions where multiple generations from the same family have used it for their weddings.
One of the most distinctive features of this beautiful vehicle is its two large front headlights, which resemble big, expressive eyes. They give the car an almost affectionate look, making it incredibly photogenic.
